Have you ever wanted to sit down 1 on 1 with a pharmacist and review all your medications? We can do that!

WHAT TO EXPECT:

With this service, you will personally meet with a pharmacist for up to an hour and review your (or a loved one’s) medication regimen. The medications will be reviewed one at a time and topics will include: what is this medication used for, what are common side effects, and any questions you may have.

Your medication plan will also be reviewed for drug interactions. You will leave with a list of your medications and any follow-up questions that may be appropriate to discuss with your other healthcare providers.

You do not have to be a current patient receiving your medication from Meyer Pharmacy, but we will need an up-to-date list of your medications.

COST OF SERVICE: $150 (insurance not accepted; payment due at time of service)
